While Trump may be weakening, the entire GOP establishment is behind him. Project 2025 is the wet dream for billionaires going back decades. They need him to win now -- he is their method to destroy all they have wanted to destroy. They will prop him up, push him on a gurney hooked up to life support to get him to take the oath so that they can pull the trigger on everything they ever hoped for.

They have also built in systems to undermine the 2024 elections. Winning the vote (electoral) is not even their concern as much as making it close enough for them to steal through legislation they have enacted.

We also have foreign actors who will interfere. Putin and Netanyahu need Trump to win as much as Trump himself needs to win. Both are capable to causing global crisis that, because we are a stupid country, will be blamed on Biden and help get Trump elected. (Think gas prices, more killings by Israel, etc.)

And we have not even begun to address the total corruption in some media. Look at what the National Inquirer did in 2016. The impressions and ad equivalence of what they did to destroy others was huge. To undo that damage would have required many times the resources as far as money and time.

And after 1/6 and the Dominion lawsuit, we now know how complete and utter corrupt Fox was in their information.

Unfortunately, that corruption has proven to be profitable and we now have so many others pumping out utter garbage and propaganda to support Trump and those on the right. Trump could be brain dead and they will still come up something about why he is better than Biden and people will believe them.

So, while Trump himself may be weakening a bit, there is an entire ecosystem around him now that is going to make sure that they do everything in their power to make sure he is elected.

He could die day 2 but after day 1, they will have their people installed and it won't matter.
