Completely agree. I am an independent but there is no way I can consider voting for any Republican right now. I was hoping that the CA GOP was safe but then then pulled the stupid recall against Newsom about one year before the regular election which just wasted time and cost tax payers money. After that I realized that the CA GOP is solidly out also.

Ironically, I know two people who have run for national office as Republicans. One is a Trump wanna be but they are infiltrating the inner cities. The other is legit a good guy. He has stepped out of direct political involvement for the time being. They both lost - of course.

But about them infiltrating the inner cities, they are. I was seeing some message points about Trump getting people out of prison etc. when he had nothing to do with the changes to CA Law but they seem to be attaching him to that... (Of course this does not get out of some boundaries because his white supporters would not like it so it is very targeted.)

It is a mess. I am watching it closely but, yea, they are making progress with disinformation.

A friend is more involved in some community things and I mentioned what I was seeing to her. I knew it was not accidental. She thought for a second and then literally burst out crying because, what I did not know is that there had been a lot of changes in some organization she was involved in and suddenly things made sense in a very upsetting way.

We have a very long battle ahead.
